My name is Cindy Messer and I live in TX with my wonderful husband of 15 years and my two beautiful kids. I'm blessed to be a stay-at-home mom. Before becoming a mom I worked for JPMorgan as a staff accountant.

I've been crafting in one form or another since I was little. My mom taught me to sew, crochet, embroider and counted cross stitch. My true love has got to be paper crafting though. I was invited to a friend's Stampin' Up party about 20 years ago and that is where my love of paper crafts began. I love to make cards, mini albums and home decor projects.

I'm super excited to be joining The Mix It Up challenge design team. You can visit my blog at http://inlovewithpaper.blogspot.com/

Crafty hugs,
Cindy

Darlene
Hi! I’m Darlene Pavlick from Akron, Ohio, USA. My husband, Mark & I are originally from Pittsburgh, PA and that is where our families reside. We have one daughter who is married with two children, Morgan (26) and Jonathan (21) and has her own accounting business. She is the one who got me started in paper crafting about 14 years ago. To make a long story short, once she introduced me to scrapbooking/card making, I’ve been paper crafting every day since. It is my passion and mental therapy! I am retired, have the basement of our home set up as my ‘crafting cave’ and spend lots of time there spreading my creative wings! I’ve been blessed to meet so many wonderfully talented people from around the world through this craft and many have become personal friends!

I have been on a number of design teams over the past few years and I am very excited to join the Merry Little Christmas team! I hope you’ll come visit my blog: Dar’s Crafty Creations.

My name is Helen and I live in the north west of Britain on the Wirral peninsula.  I'm a full time Activities Coordinator for a charity which provides care for older people.  I spend my time organising activities, entertainment, trips out etc and can often be found calling bingo, leading chair exercises, singing or playing dominoes!  I also work part time for a local stamping firm teaching regular workshops for them.  In my spare time I'm a card maker and I love my Promarkers and patterned papers.  Looking forward to creating with the Mix It Up design team!

My name is Irena Stefanova.

I am a loved wife, a mother of 3 children and grandmother of a beautiful girl. I am living in a small town in North-East Bulgaria. I am a very happy woman, because I have the opportunity to do what I'm interested, what I love and what fits my values and my lifestyle. I have a volunteer's soul.

I started with cards at the end of 2013. In the fall of 2014 I was hooked to mix media and since then it remains my preferred style. Actually It is difficult for me to define my style, because I want to try everything. The challenge to go outside of my comfort zone inspires me so much. I am a fearless and curious person. My favourite media are acrilic paints and modeling paste, but you may find that I love recycling, altered stuff, gelli printing and Art Journaling.

Leslie
 Owner
Hi, I'm Leslie! Hubby and I have four grown children, three grandsons and three granddaughters, all scattered around the US, and we live in beautiful Colorado. I began scrapbooking about 45 years ago - so long ago that all the fun papers and embellishments we use today hadn't even been thought of. I'm a crafting junkie and really enjoy creating all things paper - handmade cards, 3-D projects, mini albums, gift bags and paper shoes. I started blogging and entering challenges in 2011, and loved it so much that I started the Love To Scrap Challenge Blog in early 2013. It's been an awesome journey... so awesome and so much fun that she now has three sister blogs - Love To Craft Challenge BlogMix It Up Challenge Blog and Merry Little Christmas Challenge Blog! Looking forward to crafting with these amazing designers! :)

Lisa

Hi, I’m Lisa and I’ve lived outside of Detroit, Michigan all my life.  I’m an 80s music lover, a 90s tv addict and a proud Twihard.  I’ve actually been making cards over thirty years, I got started when my mom brought home some Hero Arts stamps and inks from a party. My love for crafting has only grown over the years, and I try to do something crafty every day.  I like to say that making cards is my job, but in actuality I babysit my niece most days and it’s the most rewarding, exhausting and amazing job I’ve had.  When she’s napping, I work on my cards, many of which I donate to our deployed service members.  I'm so excited to be joining the team!

I have been married to Jim for 27 years; we have three children, two girls and one boy. We live in a very small community - think 700 people, counting our dog, we jump up to 701. :D I used to be able to say we stay very busy with all kinds of sports, but our last one is finishing high school so come Fall 2019, we will officially be empty-nesters!

I originally began scrapbooking when I had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for two years a long, long time ago. Somewhere along the line, I discovered the immediate gratification of stamping a card and I was hooked; haven't looked back since...and um, haven't touched those scrapbooks either although I do dabble a bit in Project Life and at least keep up somewhat on those memories!

I did return to work after those two years off, and let's be honest, I'm just a better wife, mom, friend, you-name-it when I'm working. I am a full-time executive assistant working for the man known as the Father of Extended Stay (think Residence Inn, Summerfield Suites, Candlewood Suites - he created all those); we stay very busy and I relish my job. But to keep me sane, I enjoy paper crafting, reading, music and exercising.

As far as my style, I've never been very good at clean & simple; I tend to like lots of layers or go all out with mixed-media creations. I love coloring with Copics and adding depth and shading with pencils - in fact, I love coloring with Copics on watercolor paper. Yes, I realize its meant for watercoloring, but that's something I'm still practicing! You can check out my work at my blog: Whimsical Creations or on Instagram where I share lots of 'in-progress' photos, also Whimsical Creations; 2018 was a rough year, but I'm so looking forward to 2019 and the Mix It Up Challenge Blog - man, are there some super fun challenges coming your way!

Tina
Co-Owner
Hi, I'm Tina DeMarche, the Domestic Engineer of my home of four boys. I homeschool my youngest son and enjoy learning with him. I started cross-stitching at age 6 and have loved keeping my hands busy ever since. Cooking is another one of my favorite things I like to do and it keeps my hungry boys happy.

I took a calligraphy class in 2001 and we would make Christmas cards to swap amongst ourselves. Thus began my love for card making, but I really didn't get into stamping until years later. I guess I have been stamping for 9 years now, but over the last 5 I have started to collect stamps and they have taken over my crafting closet. I'm excited to be joining Leslie on another Design Team adventure :o)

Let's start this next adventure....
